Accepted Answer

- We recommend 13+, as there are intense scenes, loud sounds, and strong language. Children under 13 are welcome, but it is the parent’s responsibility to decide what is appropriate.

Accepted Answer

- Guests with certain medical conditions, such as heart problems or epilepsy, may be advised against participating. Consult our health guidelines or contact us for specific concerns. Please note that our facility is not wheelchair and/or walker accessible at this time.

3. Can I take photos or videos inside the haunt?

Accepted Answer

- Any photography and videography are prohibited inside the attraction to maintain the suspense and protect the privacy of our guests. Stopping for this also interrupts the flow of the show and is disrespectful to your fellow guests.

- The duration varies due to guests hesitant fear, but most trips take around 20-30 minutes to complete. Plan accordingly for wait times.

- Our haunted attraction may include interactive elements, but actors are trained in our specialty of TOUCHABLE TERROR, meaning light grabs and brushing of the hair, etc. Read the waiver for specific details.
